Technology moves fast, so it’s important to stay ahead of the curve. But some of us are behind the curve; some on top and occasionally some of us are underneath the curve – being crushed by it, as it continues to move onwards and upwards.

At Comedy Central we know for a fact (we researched this on the internet) that we are and always will be not just ahead of the curve, but the curve itself.

2016 will be an amazing time to be alive. Here are some of the advances we’ll be making over the next year:

e-Socks: e-Socks will measure your foot odour and via your smartphone, let you know whether you should take your shoes off.

Smart Shampoo: Smart shampoo has tiny processors in, shrinking or expanding depending on your hairstyle. Don’t worry about deciding whether your hair is dry, normal or damaged ever again!

Virtual Reality Virtual Reality: VR is the next boom industry for entertainment and industry. But what many don’t know is that Virtual Reality Virtual Reality will be landing soon. VR VR is VR within VR. Don’t like your simulated world? Being terrorised by hackers isn’t your thing? Plug in even more and escape the escape.

Robot Guide Dogs: Raising, training and making sure Guide Dogs are right for their owner is a costly and time consuming process. But now with Robot Guide Dogs we won’t need to worry about that at all.

Anything Robots: Anything Robots are small cube shaped robots that can morph into any appliance. Need a toaster, DVD player or washing basket? Just pick and choose using the remote and the cubes will form into the desired object.

Teleportation: Teleportation will be arriving soon, and you know what that means, no need for trains, buses, the common horse, cars, Uber or high-speed rail!
